Special inspection level of the AQL table
The special sample size is applied by the inspector when checking the products manufactured with respect to the customer’s other requirements. It includes the product measurements and weights, packaging, labeling and more, as well as all the in-site tests.
Who determines the general and special inspection levels of the AQL table?
The buyer is responsible for defining the general and special sample sizes for the QC. Otherwise, the usual and standard inspection protocol is used. Each QC or third party company has its own inspection protocol. It includes the general and special inspection levels applied to each details of the inspection checklist.
