China Sourcing Information Center (CSIC) s 1 year anniversary

In celebration of the China Sourcing Information Center ( CSIC ) ‘s 1 year anniversary, we decided to write a post about the organization and their fabulous work.

CSIC was founded in 2010 by a few companies doing business in China (including AQF) because of the general lack of resources for beginners buying from China. Most resources were either very basic or simply lacking in personal, firsthand knowledge. It was designed as a resource for new, and even experienced buyers, looking to improve their China sourcing knowledge. They have a monthly magazine, the China Sourcer, that provides expert analysis on different China sourcing issues. They also have an “ask the experts” page where you can write in questions to be answered by CSIC’s experts. Moreover, they have a China Sourcing blog written by the always entertaining and ever knowledgeable Mike Bellamy.  Did I mention that this is all free!?

CSIC now has seven excellent sponsors, thousands of readers, and many more developments to come! Join their mailing list to sign up for the free China Sourcer magazine!

I used to be AQF's Business Development Manager, leading marketing strategy. I have recently left AQF to get my MBA, but still serve as a blog contributor. I enjoy visiting China and helping clients with their Asian business and quality control strategies.
